01Requirements

Not every course is eligible for QCG funding.

01.1

Employment

An existing employment relationship that has not been terminated.

01.2

Duration

Generally more than 120 clock hours — often not consecutive. Teaching units are not automatically full clock hours.

Approval

An approved provider and an approved measure.

01.4

Application

Submit before the measure starts. Confirm deadlines with the employer service of the responsible office.

02Funding amounts can vary

Subsidies that may be possible in principle.

Fewer than 50 employees

Course costs up to 100% — wage subsidy up to 75%.

50 to 499 employees

Course costs up to 50% — wage subsidy up to 50%.

500 or more employees

Course costs up to 25% — wage subsidy up to 25%.
