Job Description
TSA Weiterbildung & Bildungsakademie GmbH is currently looking for an experienced Security Trainer / Instructor with AEVO certification (m/f/d) to join our growing educational team.
Our security training programs are offered either onsite in Berlin or online throughout Germany. The courses usually last 12 weeks (3 months).
We are looking for a professionally qualified trainer with practical experience in the security industry and teaching abilities.
Requirements
AEVO trainer certification (AdA certificate) is mandatory
Professional experience in the security sector
Experience as a trainer or instructor is an advantage
Professional qualification for security-related training programs
Ideally experienced with §34a GewO, security training, or preparation for the Sachkundeprüfung
Strong communication and presentation skills
Independent and structured working style
Experience with online teaching is an advantage
Your Responsibilities
Conducting onsite and online classes
Preparing and delivering security-related training programs
Supporting and supervising participants
Teaching both theoretical and practical content
Assisting in the development and improvement of our security courses
