TSA Weiterbildung & Bildungsakademie GmbH together with AI Academy is expanding its sales team and is currently looking for a motivated Sales Manager / B2B Business Development Manager (m/f/d) for Artificial Intelligence consulting and government-funded corporate training programs under the German Qualification Opportunities Act (QCG).
We offer modern AI training programs such as AI Manager, AI Marketing, AI Sales, Social Media with AI, SEO with AI, Cybersecurity with AI, and many other future-oriented courses for companies and employees.
We are looking for a sales-driven professional who can actively approach companies, build partnerships, and develop long-term business relationships.
Your Responsibilities
Active B2B customer acquisition
Contacting companies throughout Germany
Consulting businesses regarding QCG funding opportunities
Selling AI training programs and corporate solutions
Cold calling and warm lead acquisition
Building long-term client relationships
Using LinkedIn, social media, email, and phone outreach
Scheduling meetings and closing contracts with companies
Supporting and managing business clients and partners
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, or consulting
B2B sales experience is an advantage
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Experience with LinkedIn, social media, or phone sales is an advantage
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation
German language skills required
High motivation and strong closing skills
