TSA Weiterbildung & Bildungsakademie GmbH is currently looking for an experienced Nursing Instructor / Care Trainer (m/f/d) for onsite and online training courses in the healthcare and care sector.
Our training programs are offered either onsite in Berlin or online throughout Germany. We are looking for qualified professionals with both pedagogical and professional expertise as well as proven experience in the nursing and care field.
Requirements
Pedagogical qualification (e.g. AEVO trainer certificate or comparable qualification)
Experience in adult education
Experience in delivering professional training content
Professional qualification in nursing and care
Proven work experience in the healthcare or care sector
Long-term pedagogical experience is an advantage
Professional appearance and communication skills
Independent and well-structured working style
Experience with online teaching is an advantage
Your Responsibilities
Conducting onsite and online classes
Teaching theoretical and practical nursing-related content
Supporting and supervising participants
Preparing training materials and lesson plans
Assisting in the development and improvement of our care training programs
