TSA Weiterbildung & Bildungsakademie GmbH is expanding its educational services and is currently looking for an experienced Driving Instructor / Responsible Driving School Manager (m/f/d) for the development and management of our new driving school in Berlin.
We are looking for a motivated and reliable professional who fulfills the legal requirements to manage a driving school operation.
Requirements
Valid driving instructor license, minimum Class B
Additional instructor licenses for A, C, or D are an advantage
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a driving instructor
Experience in driving school management and operations
Proof of all legally required qualifications according to German driving instructor regulations
Professional appearance and strong sense of responsibility
Independent and well-structured working style
Your Responsibilities
Managing and organizing the driving school operations
Conducting theoretical and practical driving lessons
Supporting and supervising students
Organizing exams and training schedules
Assisting in the development and growth of the driving school
